DotSatoshi Internet Exchange Rules

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Agreement establishes the procedure for the provision of services for the exchange of electronic money by the Internet service.

1.2. An Internet service means an Internet resource for the exchange of electronic and digital money - DotSatoshi.com, hosted on the network.

1.3. A user is a private or legal person who has expressed a desire to use the services of the Internet service DotSatoshi.

1.4. The user and the DotSatoshi Internet resource, when jointly referred to, are referred to as the Parties.

1.5. The Parties agree that this Agreement, concluded in electronic form, has the same legal force as a paper document and will govern the relationship between Users (individual or legal entity) and the Party providing services of a certain type (DotSatoshi).

1.6. Agreement - a public offer that the User registers by submitting an application through the web resource of the Internet service DotSatoshi for the provision of services provided by the Internet service DotSatoshi.com.

2. Object of the Agreement

2.1. The DotSatoshi Internet resource provides the services specified in paragraph 4 of this Agreement, provided that the User adheres to and follows all the standards developed in paragraph 9 of this Agreement. The procedure for their provision is determined by the internal Regulations of the Internet resource DotSatoshi, defined in clause 5 of this Agreement.

2.2. The User uses the services of the DotSatoshi Internet resource in order to make payments at their expense in compliance with the conditions defined by the Agreement.

3. Rights and obligations of the Parties

3.1. DotSatoshi Internet service is obliged to:

3.1.1. Perform the conversion of virtual currencies of online wallets Qiwi, Payeer, Perfect Money, Yandex.Money and other systems, in compliance with the standards specified in this Agreement.

3.1.2. Provide any support (technical and informational) to Users in the process of conducting monetary transactions using the DotSatoshi Internet service.

3.1.3. Maintain anonymity of detailed information on completed exchange transactions (personal data of Users, when the exchange operation was carried out, its amount, other information) and issue it only to the Users who carried out these transactions. Data on money transactions in different directions with payment service systems have the status of "Confidential" and are not subject to disclosure.

3.1.4. Do not transfer information about completed transactions to third parties. Exceptions may be such cases:

• if the court located at the location of the DotSatoshi Internet service has made an appropriate decision, which has entered into force;
• if a request has been received from official law enforcement agencies and financial surveillance institutions performing their work at the location of the DotSatoshi Internet service;
• when contacting the heads of partner companies (online payment systems) listed above.

3.1.5. Take into account data on bonuses and discounts issued to Users.

3.1.6. Ensure the transfer of funds to the account of the User or a third party within 24 hours from the moment the complaint is received in the cases specified in clauses 3.2.5, 5.4, 5.5, 5.6 of this Agreement.

3.2. The user must:

3.2.1. Provide reliable information and details for fast cash transactions.

3.2.2. Show exact information about the email address being used.

3.2.3. Provide the ability to receive system messages to your online mail. Have access to the Internet using a computer, smartphone, and other electronic equipment. Use the latest versions of anti-virus programs to establish a secure connection to the DotSatoshi Internet resource.

3.2.4. Strictly comply with all the terms of this Agreement.

3.2.5. Notify the administration of the DotSatoshi Internet resource of any cases when the transferred amounts, in whole or in part, have not been credited to the account of the Recipient or a third party. And also about the precedents listed in paragraphs 5.4, 5.5 and 5.6 of this Agreement. The necessary notice must be sent to the administration within one month from the moment the funds are to be credited. If these conditions are not met, all disputed amounts remain at the disposal of the DotSatoshi Internet service.

3.2.6. Adhere to legislative acts that regulate the rules for making any money transactions online.

3.2.7. Do not use any systems to cheat traffic.

3.3. Internet service DotSatoshi has the right to:

3.3.1. Temporarily stop activities in order to improve the Internet service or to troubleshoot.

3.3.2. At the request of authorized organizations, the management of the payment systems listed above or the User"s complaint about any illegal (fraudulent) actions, in order to stop the exchange transaction until all the nuances are clarified.

3.3.3. Determine at your own discretion discounts for exchange transactions.

3.3.4. Set the amount of the commission that will be withheld for the completed exchange operation.

3.3.5. Refuse to provide services to a potential User without explaining their actions and motives.

3.3.6. Receive from the User data confirming the exchange transaction using e-mail, smartphone, screenshot from an electronic online wallet in case the exchange was completed by an error.

3.3.7. Interrupt any communication with the User if he is rude, asks questions that are not related to the topic of discussion, does not provide the necessary information to the technical support service.

3.3.8. Block the exchange transaction, based on clauses 5.4, 5.5, 5.6 and the Regulations.

3.3.9. Block any operation and not give money to the User until his identity is identified.

3.3.10. If the obligations specified in clause 3.2.7 are not observed, the Administration has the right to block the User who violated this clause, as well as the source / generator of transitions.

3.3.11. In case of unjustified enrichment of the User with electronic money of the Internet service DotSatoshi, or third-party systems for the exchange of electronic money. The administration of the site-exchanger DotSatoshi.com has the right to stop the transaction until all the reasons and circumstances are clarified, as well as compensation for unreasonably received funds and property rights to them of the DotSatoshi Internet service or third-party exchange services.

4. Services provided

4.1. The Internet service DotSatoshi performs the exchange of electronic money, such payment systems as: Bitcoin, Qiwi, Payeer, Perfect Money, Yandex.Money and others, using banking institutions, a list of which is posted on the site.

5. Regulations for the exchange of electronic money

5.1. Transactions begin only after the receipt of funds from the User, which are intended for exchange. If the funds according to the application made by the User are not credited within 20 minutes, the application is automatically canceled by the security service of the DotSatoshi.com exchanger. If the receipt of payment on the application occurred after the expiration of the specified time (90 minutes for cryptocurrency), it will be carried out at the current rate at the time the funds were credited from the User.

5.2. The operation is considered completed after the transfer of funds to the account specified by the User.

5.3. The user cannot interrupt the initiated transaction or return the money sent for the exchange.

5.4. In case of receipt of an amount that does not match the amount specified in the application, the DotSatoshi Internet service may delay the exchange and recalculate the transaction according to the funds actually received. After the User has applied to technical support, on the basis of clause 3.2.5, pay out the actually credited amount at the rate that was in effect at the time of the operation.

5.5. If the User specified invalid or blocked details, then the exchange operation is interrupted. Funds are credited to the User"s account on the basis of his application for technical support in accordance with clause 3.2.5.

5.6. If the User changed the notes to the payment or made the payment from another account, then this operation may be blocked. In such a situation, the return of funds is made after the User"s request based on clause 3.2.5.

5.7. If the client receives bitcoin cryptocurrency, the timing of the proof of the operation (receipt of funds) depends entirely on the bitcoin system. This process can take from 15 minutes to a couple of days, depending on the load on the Bitcoin network. The exchange service is not responsible for the speed of transactions and confirmations from the Bitcoin network.

5.8 In any case, when a refund is made, a commission of 5% is withheld, except for clause 9.9.

6. Guarantees and liability of the Parties

6.1. The Internet service DotSatoshi does not bear material and moral responsibility for the incompetent use of the functions of the service by the User, as well as miscalculations that he makes in the process of filling out any items of the standard application form for the exchange of electronic funds. Even if the money was credited to the wrong account, there is no cancellation or refund.

6.2. The Internet service DotSatoshi is not responsible for loss or loss, the basis of which was the inability of the User to use the necessary equipment in whole or in part.

6.3. The DotSatoshi Internet service is not responsible for the actions of banks and payment systems, as a result of which errors or transaction delays occurred.

6.4. The Internet service DotSatoshi is not responsible for the costs, losses or lost profits by the User, due to the User"s erroneous ideas regarding tariffs, profitability of the transaction and other subjective issues.

6.5. The DotSatoshi Internet service is not responsible for the incurred costs of a different nature that arose due to errors / delays in making electronic transfers or payments;

6.6. The user proves that he is the legal owner of the funds, has legal grounds for the use of electronic money that takes part in exchange transactions.

6.7. The user agrees to indemnify third parties for damages that have arisen in the event of improper use of the functionality of the Internet service.

6.8. The User guarantees that at the time of using the Internet service he has reached the age of majority, in accordance with the laws of the country where the User is located.

7. Changing information

7.1. DotSatoshi Internet Service Administration may supplement or modify this Agreement at any time. In this case, all changes come into force after they are posted on the site.

8. Force majeure

8.1. The parties that have entered into the Agreement are released from any liability for non-fulfillment / delay in fulfilling their obligations if force majeure events have occurred. They relate to: natural disasters, acts received from the authorities, the outbreak of hostilities, fire, explosion, terrorist attack, flood, riot, hacker attack, mass civil unrest. They also include the absence or failure of work in the power grid, limited access to the Internet and communication services, to other systems and networks.

9. Mandatory conditions for conducting exchange transactions

9.1. It is forbidden to use the functions of the DotSatoshi Internet service related to illegal or fraudulent activities. The user agrees that for any attempt to change electronic money of dubious origin. It will be subject to punitive measures according to the laws of the country in whose territory the exchange transaction was made.

9.2. The Internet service DotSatoshi has the right to transfer data about fraud, if their illegality is properly proven, by competent organizations, administrations of the relevant payment systems, the requirements of the injured parties.

9.3. The condition for the exchange operation is the transfer of funds from an electronic wallet owned by the User. At the same time, the User is responsible for the legality of the sources from which funds are received, since the DotSatoshi Internet service is not obliged to check and control their origin.

9.4. The Internet service DotSatoshi is not responsible for any operations carried out by third parties on the instructions of the User.

9.5. The user, by clicking on the “I agree with the exchange rules” button, agrees to the unconditional acceptance of all the terms of this Agreement.

9.6. By clicking on the “I agree with the exchange rules” button, the user agrees to unconditionally agree to undergo the verification procedure at the first request of the Internet service administration.

9.7. By identifying, the User agrees to the Internet service to conduct any research regarding the User that the Internet service considers necessary. The Internet service may, at its discretion, involve a third party in these studies.

9.8. By clicking on the “I agree with the exchange rules” button, the User agrees to unconditionally agree to the AML check of all addresses with which the Internet service interacts by performing operations created by the User.

9.9. The Internet service has the right to request the full identification of the User, if the wallet address specified by the User can be somehow related to:

• Darknet Marketplace;
• Fraudulent Exchange;
• Illegal Service;
• mixing service;
• ransom;
• scam;
• Stolen Coins.

If connections are identified, then after verification, the funds will be returned to the sender’s details (minus the network commission when transferring funds).
